Vakakeekee is quite an unusual land.
It consists of many islands inhabited by various creatures. There is a place for everyone. Nobody here is treated as either too strange or too ordinary. Vakakeekee is a world, where everyone can simply be themselves.
For a few days, the mood in Vakakeekee has been even more lively than usual. Everyone is busy preparing for a very important event. Do you know what it is? Princess Mia is arriving in Vakakeekee, and she is going to spend a month here. She will start her visit on Cat's Island, and then she will go to see the other islands. It's no wonder that there is such a commotion here. After all, it isn't every day that you have such an important guest.
When Ravavik heard about the Princess' visit, he was so excited that he turned green with joy. Like everyone else, the kitten threw himself into the preparations. So far, he had only seen princesses in books and on TV, and now it was going to change. The little Viking was going to meet a real princess!
"Hooray! Hooray! I am going to meet a real princess!" cried Ravavik merrily."
With all this joy, the Little Viking was bursting with energy and didn't know where to put himself. So he thought he would check what his parents were doing. First, he went to his father, Erland the Great, and found him working on his Viking boat.
"Hi, Dad! What are you doing?" asked Ravavik. "Hi, Buddy," answered Dad. "I'm just tidying the my boat, and then I will decorate it. I have a welcome banner for Princess Mia." "Wow! Super! Can I help you?" "Sure! That would be very nice."
Ravavik and his dad prepared the boat for the Princess' visit. After they had finished, the kitten returned home to see what his mom, Emma, was doing. He found her as she was leaving home. He felt intrigued.
"Hi, Mom! Where are you going?" "I am on my way to the ballet room. I need to practice the choreography I have prepared to welcome the Princess." "Oh, so you're preparing for her arrival too!" "That's right, honey. We are all preparing for it." "I can't wait for her to arrive. I don't like waiting," said Ravavik sadly, and he became all blue. "I know, darling. Waiting is hard for everyone. Maybe you could play with your friends. I think it would make you feel better. And Princess Mia will be here tomorrow."
Ravavik thought it would be a good idea to meet up with his friends. So, he ran straight to the playground. It turned out that they were already playing there. Everyone was happy to see him. Ravavik was happy too, so he turned green and joined in the fun.
